Silk Flower Arrangements Bring Year-Round Cheer to Neighbors |

Last night my neighbors and I were sitting outside enjoying the cooling fall weather and started talking about gardening for the fall and winter. I know how much my neighbor loves growing flowers, but it's getting harder and harder for her to garden because she is pushing 85 years old, so I thought I'd buy her silk flower arrangements like this one for her Christmas present. She is going to love it. It's called the Gerber and Ranunclus Liquid illusion Silk Flower Arrangement and it's so colorful. These are some of her favorite flowers, so I thought it would make the perfect arrangement for her to enjoy these flowers all year long.
I'll probably spend some time this fall helping her plant her flower bulbs, but they won't bloom for months, and when they do, their lifespan is pretty short, especially when the spring weather warms here in Phoenix. Having silk flower arrangements guarantee that the cheer of flowers lasts all year long. Silk flower arrangements are one of the easiest ways for home decorating. They last forever and never lose their new, fresh look. They are also easy to clean. Just a few shakes and the dust will fly off and the silk flower arrangements are good as new.
I found this bouquet online at a cool website I found for lots of home decorating items. It's called Lucia's Store located at http://www.luciasstore.com. This site has a lot of products for home decorating, and I find that its silk flower arrangements are among the nicest I've seen anywhere. I'd probably have to drive all over town to find the combination of ranunclus and gerber daisies that are in this bouquet, but thanks to the web, I sat in front of my computer and it took me less than two minutes to find and buy these.
I'd rather spend my time in the garden or helping my neighbors than shopping in the real world, anyway. My neighbor loves silk flower arrangements, and while I put those bulbs deep in her flower gardens, I'll be secretly smiling knowing that she's getting a bouquet of silk flowers that will last forever. We are close friends, in spite of the many years between us, and giving them something to brighten their lives brings me a great deal of pleasure. They are great people and have done much for me over the few years that we've been neighbors, so bringing some beauty to their lives is something I look forward to doing. . |
