home decorating


There are times that I would like to forget. I had a huge idea to do some home decorating on my own with some fresh flowers. Well, not really fresh flowers. I though the look of some small Bonsai trees would look great in my dining room and living area. It was an open space with a large loft ceiling and the home decorating I had done up until now would be a great compliment to the Bonsai trees.

I ordered some real Bonsai trees from the local nursery and bought a book on how to train them and prune them. I knew that my home decorating project would turn out just great! I read a little bit of the book, but wanted to get started with the pruning process so I immediately began snipping away at the little branches. It wasn't long before I knew I was in way over my head. Actually, the tree was in way over its head. Or, didn't have one. I cut off the entire top of the tree with one big mistake.

My home decorating wasn't looking so good at that moment. However, I really wanted to have some Bonsai trees in my house. But, I also knew that my home decorating with real Bonsai trees might not happen. I didn't know if I could find any other alternatives, but I went online to check.
I looked at a lot of different home decorating websites, but they didn't really have what I was looking for. Then I found Lucia's Store. At www.luciasstores.com they had some flower arrangements for home decorating. I started to look at them and there were some silk Bonsai trees! The 12" Bonsai Silk Plant Collection (Set of 3) - Green was just what I wanted. I ordered them that night and received the trees a few days later.

My home decorating has gotten much better since then. Now whenever I want to add a splash of color, I just head to Lucia's Store and choose some new silk flowers. In all, I think I have made eight different purchases there in the last three months alone. The Bonsai trees that I first ordered are still looking very good. I even bought another set of the trees from Lucia's Store. They are spread out on some shelves, and with the dark wood background, they simply look awesome. Now, no more Bonais trees have to worry about me attacking them. I just buy them online now.
