I am not talking about major home decorating such as remodeling projects or buying big ticket items like sofas. Instead I am talking about minor home decorating such as buying a silk flower arrangement, a new rug,  cushions, and a different comforter for the bed or a throw for the sofa. I’ve found that making these small home decorating changes now and again can help give my house a whole new look. This makes me happy because it means that I am not looking at the exact same thing day in and day out. What’s more these home decorating changes are neither difficult nor expensive to implement. I save money on throws, candles, silk flower arrangements, cushions, rugs and comforters by shopping for them online and looking for good discounts. Hence I get to see refreshing changes in my home without having to spend the money on major projects. Looking at something new and decorative in my home can do a great deal to brighten my day.
